4. Services

Red Eye Computer Works configures and installs computer systems, from single user to small networks. Customers purchase the computers and other hardware and Red Eye configures the machines for their requirements.

Because of day-time commitments service calls are generally at night time after 11:30pm. Service calls can be either a physical visit (requiring a key to the premises) or using a remote control software which allows the controlling of computers from Red Eye's office.

In the event of a real emergency a service call can be made in the morning, depending on your location. Other times may be available and are arranged on a case by case basis.
